Booking Policy Last updated: July 23, 2026 Appointments Appointments can be booked online through our website. Please ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate and up to date. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened or your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid delaying the next client. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may affect future booking availability. Providing advance notice allows us to offer your appointment to another client and helps us manage our schedule efficiently. Permanent Makeup All Permanent Makeup clients must attend a consultation before treatment. Gentle Arch reserves the right to decline treatment if the procedure is considered unsuitable or unsafe based on your consultation or medical history. Please ensure that all health and medical information provided is accurate and complete. Health & Safety Please inform us before your appointment if: you are pregnant or breastfeeding; you have any allergies or skin conditions; you are taking medication that may affect treatment; you have recently had cosmetic procedures in the treatment area. Your safety is our priority, and some treatments may need to be postponed if they are not suitable. Right to Refuse Service Gentle Arch reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the client's best interest. Changes by Gentle Arch In rare circumstances, Gentle Arch may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to arrange an alternative appointment.
