Gentle Arch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if necessary. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time or require your appointment to be rescheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as early as possible. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client. Permanent Makeup services require a consultation before treatment. Gentle Arch reserves the right to decline treatment if the procedure is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
